This is a lovely 4 storey furnished student house. It is in the ideal location of the Elm Grove/Lewes Road area It is just a short walk to Lewes Road which provides easy access to the universities, local amenities and the town centre. The large Sainsburys and the Level are also close by.

The house is finished to a very high standard and the basement offers all communal space creating a great social area. The kitchen is bright and modern with all white goods provided, 2 fridge/freezers, a cooker and washing machine.

There is a lovely separate lounge with added soft furnishings and comfy sofas. A third room in the basement can be used as a dining room or another meeting space.

The 6 double bedrooms are bright rooms with lots of natural daylight and they are furnished with double beds, desks, chairs and storage facilities as well as lockable doors. Two of the bedrooms have basins as well. Most areas of the house were recarpeted in Summer 2021.
