It has excellent transport links making it really easy to get to University and the city centre. The nearest train station is just a 15 minute walk away at London Road station .

In the basement is an open plan kitchen lounge area that gives you a nice communal space in the house. The kitchen comes with the white goods, 2 fridge freezers, a cooker and a washing machine as well as the small appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster.
